Troubleshooting cannot open TEMP post file while accessing BIP reports

If you are facing the below error as in screenshot while accessing the BIP reports then it might be due to some OHS issue whcihc an be solved by following below points.

If you see above as issue, then check if there is any other Apache process using mod_weblogic / mod_wl_ohs in the same box.

If that’s the case you will need to define the WLTempDir directive on each Apache / OHS installation to point to different directories so they do not conflict.

Look for the httpd processes running in the system and see which of them correspond to different AS Instances.

For each one the file to modify initially would be the <AS Instance>/config/OHS/ohs1/mod_wl_ohs.conf and add the WLTempDir directive there.

Once you are done with the changes just bounce the OHS and check, things should work fine.
