Windows NT service user and password and Weblogic user and password out of synch.

Sometimes the user and password get out of synch between creating the Admin service and creating the managed server Windows service.

Solution

1. Delete the Admin and Managed service using sc tool.(E.g: sc delete serviceName)
2. Install Admin Server as a Service.
3. Install Managed Server as a Service.
4. Start the Admin Service, wait a few minutes to fully start.
5. Start the Managed Server service.
